I appeared on Episode 1 of HOPECAST by PAPYRUS

A few weeks ago, on World Suicide Prevention Day, I wrote about my own battles with suicidal ideation for PAPYRUS, a charity that helped me in the darkest depths of mental ill health. After receiving exceptional feedback on the article, I was invited onto the pilot episode of HOPECAST, a podcast launched by the PAPYRUS team aiming to challenge stigma surrounding suicide.

I'm incredibly thankful for the opportunity to discuss my journey in greater detail, vocalising for the first time my struggles with hopelessness. Learn more about my experiences of suicidal thoughts and how the PAPYRUS helpline saved me in the deepest reaches of pain.
