LATEST BLOG: Micky Mellon and the Tranmere Rovers renaissance

I appeared on the Unseen Heroes podcast

I was recently invited onto Unseen Heroes, a podcast by Alex Newborough, a student at Birmingham City University. Alex read my guest blog for PAPYRUS about mental ill health, and she wanted to hear more about the great work done by suicide prevention helplines.

Unseen Heroes explores the stories of those who dedicate their lives to helping young people. The people at HOPELINE UK, ran by PAPYRUS, certainly fit the bill, and I like to take every possible opportunity to tell my story and share those experiences.

You can listen to the full podcast episode here, helping to support Alex and her studies. Many thanks for putting this together, Alex. I really enjoyed being part of this project.
